Tue. 11/16/21 10am-2pm

Wed. 11/17/21 3:30pm-7:30pm

Thurs. 11/18/21 10am-2pm

Fri. 11/19/21 3:30pm-7:30pm

Sat. 11/20/21 10am-5pm

Sun. 11/21/21 2pm-6pm

Mon. 11/22/21 10am-Noon

How to get involved

During drop off week there are many ways to be involved. Please contact Nadine DesPres if you would like to sign up. Nadine C#518-779-0044 or email gmoonman65@aol.com.

Roles:

Greeters ~ First to meet our guests! Help in any way possible!

Fellowship ~ Coffee, beverages, snacks throughout each shift. Takes time to assist and talk with those who visit this area.

Paperwork Station ~ assures that guests fill out correct forms in detail, and assures the number of boxes are accounted for.

Prayer Warriors ~ One person at each shift will be in charge of assuring a scheduled time for prayer, as well as praying throughout the shift with those who would like to pray, and as the Holy Spirit sees moves.

Shipping Station ~ All shoe boxes are to be packed in larger shipping boxes. Boxes are to be labeled with the number of shoe boxes in each shipping box. Count and keep a tally of boxes. This person will be keeping excitement going as they will have a bell to ring when a large box is filled.

Shoe Box Checkers ~ Each groups boxes are sent to a designated table; checkers will double count, check boxes for labeling, and rubber band if needed. Bring to shipping station and assist as needed.

Prayer is essential in everything we do. Please keep this operation and the children these boxes will reach in your prayers as often as you think of it. God is doing amazing things!
